Position Summary

The Strategic Business Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth through the consultative sale of mira

Dry systems to physician practices and medical aesthetics providers within an assigned territory. This role requires a business-minded sales professional capable of managing the aesthetic sales cycles, engaging multiple decision-makers, and clearly articulating the clinical and financial value of a capital investment. Acting as a trusted advisor, the representative partners with practice owners to evaluate fit, assess ROI, and support long-term practice growth, while maintaining disciplined prospecting, pipeline management, and territory ownership.

Success in this role depends on strong discovery skills, resilience, accountability, and the ability to consistently execute in a performance-driven environment.

Essential Functions

The following is meant to a representative but not necessarily comprehensive summary of the duties and responsibilities for the Regional Sales Director:

  • Achieve system placement goals with qualified accounts.
  • Adhere to departmental budget as well as mira

    Dry Travel Policy. Complete Expense Reports in a timely manner.
  • Develop sales techniques for obtaining new business and execute strategies consistent with corporate sales plan.
  • Maintain a clean and accurate account database within the company’s CRM software.
  • Provide comprehensive reports on sales activity and other pertinent department activity to assist management in strategic planning.
  • Complete market research focusing on patient management data, competitive pricing, market share, and product analysis.
  • Participate in relevant trade shows, conferences, and symposia.
  • Provide feedback to the Marketing Department to assist in their development of product marketing strategies, forecasting, physician training programs, and sales training programs.
  • Interface with existing and potential customers regarding new products and services.
  • Plan, schedule, and complete projects in a timely manner consistent with corporate objectives.
  • Maintain superior knowledge of competitive technologies in addition to medical, technical, and biomedical developments related to mira

    Dry products.
  • Regularly communicate with Product Development Team to improve existing technology and to expand product offerings.
  • Maintain QSR systems, including pre-production quality assurance procedures, pre-clinical testing programs, and post production GMP compliance in coordination with the Document Control, Sales and Marketing, and Research and Development functions. Provide support in the resolution of product complaints and/or safety issues.
  • Proactively support company goals and objectives, policies and procedures, Good Manufacturing Practices, and FDA regulations.
  • Maintain a professional and credible image with key physicians, consultants, suppliers, and co-workers.
  • Actively work to promote team building and morale within the department.
  • Comply with all health and safety regulations, policies, and work practices.
Education and/or Experience
  • BS/BA degree required. MBA is preferred.
  • Experience in aesthetic capital equipment sales is preferred, with strong track record of success in medical device sales with a utilization (consumable) component.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including polished presentation skills.
  • Must have the ability to travel and work weekends and evenings when required.
