Residential Roofing Sales Representative

Dallas–Fort Worth, TX (Remote / Hybrid)
Compensation
: 100% Commission (40% of new leads)
- Prospect and generate new residential roofing leads.
- Manage client relationships from initial contact through project completion.
- Conduct roof inspections, prepare proposals, and close sales.
- Represent the company with professionalism and integrity in every customer interaction.
- Previous experience in roofing, exterior remodeling, or home improvement sales.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Goal-oriented mindset and ability to manage your own schedule.
- Reliable transportation for client meetings and site visits.
- 40% commission on new sales – one of the highest earning structures in the market.
- Full autonomy with only one in-office day per week in the DFW area.
- Supportive leadership and resources to help you reach your sales goals.
