WhatYou’ll Do
- Make outbound calls to new and existing customers
- Educate movers on available home services and help them make informed decisions
- Build trust and rapport with customers to create win‑win solutions
- Meet and exceed sales goals and performance metrics
- Log call notes and customer interactions in Salesforce
- Work closely with teammates and leadership to continuously improve
- Make up to 75 calls per day or 4 hours of call time daily
- A motivated, goal‑oriented person who loves helping people
- Strong phone communication skills and a professional, friendly tone
- Ability to ask the right questions, listen well, and overcome objections
- Strong typing and computer navigation skills
- Willingness to learn, take feedback, and grow in your role
- Ability to manage time and stay organized in a fast‑paced environment
- Inside sales or customer service experience
- Experience using Salesforce or another CRM
- Spanish‑speaking abilities
- Resilience and a drive to hit your goals—even on tough days
- Base salary + uncapped commission
- Warm leads provided—no cold calling
- Short sales cycle (most close in under 5 days)
- Paid training (9 classroom days + ramp‑up coaching over 5–8 months)
