Group Sales Representative - Dallas

Employer Industry: Health Insurance Services

• Discover and develop benefits brokerage relationships to enhance sales and retention of group benefit products
• Manage complex negotiations and position products to maximize revenue
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to identify growth opportunities
• Conduct presentations and coordinate sales seminars to engage constituents effectively
• Track activities and maintain account information in the company’s CRM system

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience selling Group Insurance, with a preference for 5+ years’ sales experience
• Proven experience building relationships with brokers and consultants
• Valid State Health and Life insurance licenses
• Ability to travel within the territory to meet with brokers and clients
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry-related experience

• Experience in consultative selling
• Strong executive presence and business acumen
• Familiarity with the group insurance market and emerging trends
