We are currently seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Agent to join our team on a full-time basis. As an Inside Sales Agent, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and revenue for our company.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct outbound sales calls to potential clients to promote our resume writing and career coaching services - Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions - Utilize various sales techniques to generate leads and close sales - Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and goals - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system - Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors’ offerings to identify new business opportunities - Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any inquiries or concerns from clients in a timely and professional manner

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in a B2B environment - Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong negotiation and persuasion skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite - Knowledge of the resume writing and career coaching industry is an asset - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred Why Work for Us?
