Currently, we are inviting an ambitious Sales Manager to join our growing USA Sales team. In this position you will work with our Telematics devices portfolio and help to build and develop a new sales team based in Irving, Texas.

Teltonika’s networking solutions business
unit develops and manufactures industrial and enterprise connectivity equipment, primarily routers, switches, gateways, and modems. Our networking devices serve clients in the most complex areas of Industry 4.0, Smart City, and Green Energy.

In this role, you will:
  • Lead, train, motivate and maintain your own sales team representing Teltonika Networks
  • Execute strategic plans to reach sales targets and expand the customer base
  • Direct and manage the performance and development of your team
  • Actively participate in hiring processes of new members to the team
  • Provide training and counseling for individual team members to ensure targets are met
  • Be taking on the role as a playing coach in all sales processes until your sales team will be strong enough to play independently
  • Maintain internal systems and ensure that all sales specialists fill the systems correctly
  • Contribute to market research, including identifying market potential and finding opportunities for growth
  • Ensure order tracking and correction
  • Coordinate technical inquiries and logistics process
What we expect of you:
  • 2+ years of sales leadership experience selling a hardware product
  • Proven track record of sales achievements (B2B)
  • Experience in building and motivating sales team
  • Results focused, organized with good communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to analyze information, and make decisions independently

Base salary depending on experience +
uncapped commissions
