What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Exceed team revenue quota goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis
  • Set vision and strategy for the sales team while managing 6-8 sales executives
  • Provide coaching and strategic support throughout the sales cycle

    Conduct account reviews and manage escalation, including weekly sales meetings and pipeline activity
  • Participate in client prospecting events and trade shows as needed
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Minimum of 10+ years of Business to Business Sales Leadership experience, with at least 5 years in the Identity Management or Software Security Industry
  • Proven results in a quota-oriented sales environment with a strong understanding of technology and innovations
  • 5+ years of experience managing healthcare account executives, focusing on selling enterprise and/or SaaS software to Healthcare Provider and Payer organizations
  • Bachelor's degree or global equivalent in IT, business, or a sales-related field
  • Willingness to travel approximately 50 percent yearly
