This pivotal role drives revenue growth by managing the full sales cycle: aggressively generating new business through cold calling, serving as the primary account expert, and strengthening existing client relationships. Responsibilities require deep market knowledge, strategic proposal development, and the ability to resolve customer inquiries quickly.

The ideal candidate is a proactive sales professional focused on customer success.

• Act as the primary point of contact, expert, and customer advocate for both existing and new accounts, both internally and externally.
• Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with new and existing customers.
• Continuously engage in cold calling to generate new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with the team to develop proposals that align with the company and client goals and objectives.
• Present new products and services to enhance existing customer relationships.
• Share best practices to help grow customer businesses, build trust, and strengthen relationships.
• Ensure smooth and timely customer onboarding and submit finalized contracts to the accounting department.
• Address and resolve issues or billing inquiries with Mark VII Chemical and customer support teams.
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of relevant information on chemical products, market trends, and competition to share with accounts.
• Maintain deep expertise in the car wash chemical industry.
