As a Selling Supervisor, you will be an ambassador of best practices, partner with management, mentor and lead the sales team, and elevate the guest experience by consistently delivering unique, personalized, memorable moments both in store, through omni‑channel initiatives, and at outside events. You will coach the team on the Selling ceremony, ensure client experience expectations are met, deepen relationships with clients, and drive sales plans and lifetime loyalty.
Key Responsibilities- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly/annual sales targets.
- Maintain personal accountability for individual performance objectives.
- Apply an omni‑channel approach to recommend merchandise across all channels.
- Stay up to date with current market trends and competitors.
- Maintain understanding of the brand’s product knowledge for all product categories to best serve client preferences.
- Demonstrate and implement the Givenchy Selling philosophy and ceremony naturally and organically.
- Mentor and train new hires and encourage team collaboration with all staff.
- Embody the Givenchy brand in each customer interaction with passion and enthusiasm while embracing the unique Selling ceremony.
- Use your own unique style in creating extraordinary guest experiences and delivering memorable moments.
- Deepen and develop relationships with clients to drive lifetime loyalty and spend, achieving and exceeding sales plans.
- Communicate with new and existing guests via personalized handwritten notes, phone calls, and emails.
- Capture customer data through client discovery.
- Implement best practices by optimizing hospitality and store amenities for personalized experiences.
- Position yourself as a styling visionary for seasonal products and key business essentials.
- Take proactive actions on client feedback.
- Identify loyal clients’ passions and social involvement for CSR opportunities.
- Perform other duties as assigned: operations, visual merchandising, after‑care, inventory control.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
3-5 years of retail, hospitality, or cross‑industry experience;
Bachelor’s degree preferred. Excellent verbal, written, and listening communication skills. Strong presentation skills. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, and ZOOM/video‑telephony technology. Experience managing multiple client and team commitments. Key holder experience; multilingual preferred.
