NOTE: The successful candidate must be willing to travel heavily by car or plane and attend regular meetings in Oklahoma City (monthly).

Responsibilities:

  • Drive business growth through prospecting, networking, and outbound outreach.
  • Identify and engage institutional clients, including schools, universities, churches, ministries, and faith-based organizations.
  • Manage and grow an existing book of business while developing new client relationships.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients seeking financial solutions.
  • Clearly communicate the company's investment philosophy, strategies, and offerings to prospective and existing clients.
  • Collaborate with Research, Trust Administration, Church Extension Fund, Advancement, and Marketing teams to deliver holistic solutions.
  • Represent the company at conferences, events, and networking opportunities.
  • Stay informed on market trends, industry developments, and regulatory changes impacting client portfolios.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in financial services and sales; institutional sales experience preferred.
  • Strong understanding of financial markets, investment strategies, and institutional client needs.
  • Proven ability to win new business and expand existing relationships through a client-centric sales approach.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly.
  • Collaborative, relationship-driven professional aligned with a mission-focused culture.
  • Ability to operate a vehicle and travel frequently
