With a focus on providing talent for field/inside sales, medical device support, clinical support, and medical affairs, our CSMS division has 10,000+ field professionals in more than 30 countries addressing physician and patient needs.
Responsibilities- Inside Pharmaceutical Sales Representatives promote products in the Endocrinology/Diabetes space and are primarily responsible for achieving sales forecast and gaining adoption and utilization of the product portfolio.
- Establish mutually beneficial business relationships with targeted accounts and physicians key to the sales success of the promoted products.
- Coordinate sales strategies with appropriate teammates to maximize sales in the assigned territory.
- Deliver accurate product information, feature/benefits and recommended utilization to Healthcare Professionals by phone.
- Advance listening and decision-making skills.
- Understand and convey complex product-related information in an educated, reassuring, and professional manner in real-time.
- Accept and quickly apply coaching and feedback to improve individual performance and customer experience.
- Handle multiple tasks such as actively listening to callers’ needs while navigating the CRM and providing accurate and complete information on the requested topic.
- Demonstrate high work ethic, reliability, and punctuality in reporting for scheduled work.
- Be flexible as needed to meet fluctuating business needs.
- 4-year degree from an accredited college or university
- Minimum 2 years of business-to-business (BTB) sales experience
- Minimum 1 year of inside sales experience
- Pharmaceutical or Medical Device experience preferred
- Endocrinology/Diabetes experience preferred
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

- All the Required Qualifications, plus:
- Related experience in the Endocrinology/Diabetes space
- Demonstrated ability to manage and develop an assigned territory via inside sales

The potential base pay range for this role is $30-$33 per hour. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Depending on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
