Pre-Owned Vehicle Sales Associate - Planet Ford Dallas
Planet Ford Dallas currently has an opportunity for a Pre-Owned Vehicle Sales Associate. Qualified candidates will share our passion for great customer service and have the drive to go above and beyond the minimum standard. Experience preferred but we are willing to train the right individual.
Our Pre-Owned Sales Associates can earn up to $100,000 in their first year!
We are part of Randall Reed’s World Class Automotive Group which is a family‑owned company. Because we value our employees we provide lunch on Saturday’s, we have an onsite cafe, and we guarantee a 5 day work week 3 weeks out of the month. Responsibilities- Utilizes Client Relationship Management (CRM) software
- Prospects for new clients
- Accountable for departmental performance standards; “Customer Service Index”, “Gross Average”, and vehicles sold
- Has proper knowledge of products, market trends, and certifications
- Understands and adheres to the dealership sales process
- Attends weekly department meetings
We are looking for associates with excellent communication and customer service skills, a stable work history, and a commitment to relentless customer satisfaction for pre-owned vehicle sales.
