As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will play a key role in developing and managing an assigned sales territory. You will lead the identification of new business opportunities, build and nurture customer relationships, and effectively present customer products to drive performance and exceed sales goals.
- Territory Management: Plan, organize, and execute activities to ensure comprehensive coverage of the assigned territory, including timely follow-up on qualified leads.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with internal teams and other business units—to validate and optimize the quality of generated sales leads
- Business Growth: Drive expansion by educating new and existing referral sources with a focus on patient identification, disease state education, & referral coordination.
- Relationship Development: Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with designated healthcare professionals and key strategic partners.
- Customer Access & Engagement: Develop and implement strategies to improve office access, enhance customer engagement, and strengthen market presence.
- Industry Engagement: Represent the organization at conventions, conferences, and speaker programs to expand visibility and strengthen referral networks.
- 2+ years’ pharmaceutical sales experience
- Consistent track record of documented sales accomplishments
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail
- Proficient with MS Office programs
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong organizational, analytical, & technical skills.
- Ability to travel and possess a valid driver’s license to drive to assigned healthcare accounts
- 1+ year of Specialty Pharmaceutical experience notably in Immunology or Rare Disease
- Referral based sales experience
