Account Executive – Domestic Transportation (Outside Sales)

Global4PL is seeking a high‑performing Account Executive to drive new revenue growth in the Dallas–Fort Worth market. This outside sales role focuses on developing new client relationships and expanding our domestic logistics footprint.
Key Responsibilities- Client Acquisition:
Identify, target, and win new business accounts. - Deliver customized logistics solutions that generate recurring revenue.
- Relationship Management:
Build trusted, long‑term client relationships that drive repeat business and referrals. Lead account implementation meetings and ongoing account reviews. Maintain regular follow‑ups to ensure customer satisfaction and growth. - Sales Presentations:
Develop and present compelling proposals that clearly articulate Global4PL’s value and services. Negotiate and close deals with favorable terms for both clients and the company. - Market Insights:
Monitor industry trends and competitive activity to inform sales strategy. - Collaboration:
Partner with operations, pricing, and leadership teams to ensure exceptional service delivery. - CRM Management:
Maintain accurate CRM records of client activity, pipeline and performance.
- Experience:
Proven history of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in outside transportation sales. - Skills:
Strong interpersonal skills, negotiation and presentation abilities. - Knowledge:
Deep understanding of domestic freight transportation (LTL and TL required). Experience with air freight, international forwarding, customs regulations, or trade compliance is a plus. - Education:
Bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, or a related field is preferred. - Travel:
Willingness to travel to client meetings and events.
