Liberty Hail is a leading provider of paintless dent repair (PDR) services for vehicles damaged by hailstorms. We help customers get their vehicles professionally repaired with zero out-of-pocket cost. From working with insurance providers to offering free rental cars, we make the process easy for customers—and a rewarding opportunity for our consultants.

We are looking for highly motivated and outgoing Sales Consultants to join our team. You will be responsible for finding and assisting vehicle owners with hail damage through both outside and inside sales methods. This is a performance-based role with significant earning potential and opportunities for rapid advancement.

Outside Sales

• Attend and represent Liberty Hail at trade shows, local events, and pop-up booths
• Build relationships with local businesses and referral partners
• Follow up with warm leads provided by the company
• Educate potential customers about our repair services and insurance handling
• Schedule vehicle inspections and guide customers through the process

Customer Care

• Maintain communication with clients throughout the repair cycle
• Ensure satisfaction and ask for referrals upon completion

• Excellent verbal communication and people skills
• Self-starter who can work independently or on a team
• Sales experience preferred but not required
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

• Earning Potential
  : $80,000 to $250,000+ annually
• Base Pay
  :
  Up to $2,500/month
• Commission
  : $800 to $2,000+ per sale
• Team Leader Overrides
  : 2.5% per sale
