• Follow our proven sales process to close high-value painting projects
• Conduct in-home consultations and create accurate, detailed, and timely proposals & work orders
• Self-generate minimum 25% of leads through various sources
• Collaborate with operations team to hand off accurate work scopes
• Perform follow-ups, network through BNI/Chamber, and canvass
• Represent PAINT CORPS at expos, trade shows, and community events
• Maintain minimum close rates and minimum gross profit
• Ensure exceptional customer service

• High School Diploma required
• Direct to consumer sales experience required
• Self-Motivated and able to manage your schedule
• Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record
• Clear Criminal History – Background check required
• Comfortable with in-person sales, customer service, and objection handling
