Manage chemical sales to chemical and pulp/paper companies with contracts up to 10 million dollars. Sell to VP’s and Directors of Procurement. Travel will vary from 15-20% up to 50% at peak times. Work from office when not traveling. Must be willing to live in the D/FW area.
Key Priorities- Manage client relationships and negotiate contracts with the 5-10 biggest accounts
- Develop business sales strategies
- Generate volume and profitability on medium to large accounts
- Develop new business
- Utilize a knowledge of chemistry, chemical reactions, polymerization, adhesives, coatings
- Stable company – smaller but owned by a large parent
- Agile company where you can move fast
- Great team environment and great rapport within the company
- President of the company is in this office and is accessible
BS Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineer or Sciences
Must have sales experience in the chemical or pulp/paper industry (7+ years experience)
