Senior Internal & Campus Recruiter at Eight Eleven Group - I'm Hiring!

Senior Internal & Campus Recruiter role focuses on building strong client relationships and driving revenue growth through consultative selling. The position is ideal for individuals passionate about consulting and professional services, eager to engage with decision makers and develop long-term partnerships.

Responsibilities
  • Identify opportunities and pursuits in 3-5 designated target accounts
  • Sustain long‑lasting relationships with new and existing clients through onsite meetings, presentations, and outings such as ball games, dinners, golf, etc.
  • Create solutions that help drive change and successful projects within their organization, delivering positive outcomes
  • Act as a client advocate with a focus on improving the experience of our targeted accounts
  • Engage C‑suite executives and champion solutions for their project roadmaps
  • Meet and exceed target sales goals, including personal and team goals through frequent sprint sessions with your manager and sales support team
  • Perform other job duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Company and/or typical for the position
Training
  • Sales training begins with organizational and sales foundations
  • Readiness program equips you with knowledge of our sales playbook, core competencies, and key selling skills
  • Participate in situational selling exercises and ride‑along with Senior Account Executives
  • Develop and manage your client portfolio and foster executive‑level relationships
