Join us as a Membership Sales Associate at Super Star Car Wash. This role plays a crucial part in driving sales by communicating the benefits of our membership products, guiding customers through options, and ensuring a friendly, consultative experience in a fast‑paced environment.

• Build Customer Connections:

• Close Sales:
  Use your communication skills to effectively close sales and meet customer needs.
• Sell Products:
  Introduce and sell our range of products and services to prospective customers.

  Meet and exceed sales targets on schedule.
• Stay Informed:
  Keep up-to-date on the products and services we offer.
• Engage Customers:
  Present monthly unlimited car wash packages and upsell products to existing customers.
• Perform Additional Tasks:
  Take on other duties as assigned.

• Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Experience:
  • At least one year of customer service experience.
  • Six months of sales experience in a fast‑paced environment preferred but not required.
• Age: Minimum age of 18 required.
• Adaptability: Thrive in a fast‑paced, outdoor environment.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work outside and adapt to various weather conditions.

• Outdoor and indoor settings; primarily work outdoors.
• Weather conditions:
  Exposure to heat, cold, rain, and wind.
• Noisy environment:
  Moderate to high noise levels from equipment and vehicles.
• Physical requirements:
  
  Prolonged standing, walking, manual tasks, and operating equipment.
• Shift duration:
  Full‑time, typical hours include peaks during busy periods.

• Uncapped commissions.
• Paid training on the Super Star “Be Super” sales approach.
• Free unlimited car washes.
• Paid sick time in accordance with state law.
• Full‑time employees:
  Medical/Dental/Vision after waiting period, STD, LTD, life insurance options, 401(k) eligibility after 2 months, tuition reimbursement.
• Referral program with $150 payout for the referrer.

Base pay ranges from $17.25 to $17.50 per hour, with weekly commissions and monthly retention bonuses that can increase total earnings up to $25 or more per hour, depending on performance.
