• Proactively engage with new and existing customers through outbound calls
• Educate customers on available home services, guiding them to make informed decisions tailored to their needs
• Build meaningful relationships and establish trust to deliver value-driven solutions
• Consistently meet and exceed individual sales targets and key performance metrics
• Accurately document customer interactions and call notes in Salesforce
• Collaborate with teammates and sales leadership to continuously refine strategies and improve outcomes

• A motivated, goal-driven professional with a passion for helping others
• Excellent verbal communication skills with a confident, friendly, and professional phone presence
• Strong listening skills and the ability to ask insightful questions and effectively address objections
• Proficient typing and computer navigation abilities across multiple systems and platforms
• A growth mindset—open to feedback, eager to learn, and committed to continuous improvement
• Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment

• Sales or customer service experience
• Experience using Salesforce or another CRM
• Spanish-speaking abilities

• Base salary + uncapped commission
• Warm leads provided—no cold calling
• Short sales cycle (most close in under 5 days)
• Paid training (9 classroom days + ramp-up coaching over 3-6 months)
