High Ticket Sales Representative

Join The WFS Group as a high ticket sales representative, where you’ll close deals on products priced at $10k or above. We provide high quality leads, a fast sales cycle, and a robust commission structure designed to let you maximize your earnings.

Base Pay

$90,000 – $300,000 per year.

Position Overview

As a closer, you will take inbound, scheduled sales calls generated by our marketing team, guide prospects through the WFS proprietary selling framework, manage your pipeline, and hit or exceed revenue targets. While this role is not outbound, we expect you to proactively seek additional opportunities during downtime.

Responsibilities
  • Consistently increase product knowledge via our sales training center.
  • Participate in daily sales syncs to discuss initiatives, review call game tapes, and strategize pipeline moves.
  • Follow the WFS proprietary selling framework to guide leads through the sales process.
  • Conduct deep, question‑led discovery to identify challenges, pain points, and create urgency.
  • Build and maintain consultative relationships with leads.
  • Use WFS sales materials to deliver persuasive Zoom presentations that highlight benefits.
  • Achieve or exceed quotas and sales targets consistently.
  • Adhere to CRM best practices for lead management, follow‑up, and accurate forecasting.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure a seamless sales process.
  • Display WFS core values to contribute to a high‑performance culture.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of high‑ticket or consultative sales experience with a proven closing track record.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Self‑starter with a high drive for success.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Excellent people skills and rapport building.
  • Working knowledge of CRM systems.
Preferred
  • Experience in phone/Zoom sales.
  • High energy, tenacity, and strategy‑oriented.
  • Fast‑paced learning and adaptability.
  • Advanced sales experience and elite credentials.

Job Type: Full‑time (Independent Contractor – 1099)
