• Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
• Process customer policy change requests.
• Secure all trailing documents from customers.
• Handle all incoming calls from customers and follow up.
• Make outbound sales calls on provided leads.
• Complete Evidence of Insurance requests.
• Document each customer contact into data.
• Take premium payments from customers.
• Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program.
• Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements.
• Maintain knowledge of new products and services.

• Active Texas Property and Casualty General Lines license required.
• Minimum 2 years Insurance Sales Experience.
• Track Record of Success, be prepared to discuss your numbers (calls a day and close ratio).
• Complete the assessment as soon as possible.
