Inside Sales - Industrial Equipment Distribution

What You’ll Do

• Respond to customer inquiries, prepare accurate quotes, and follow up to close sales.
• Handle purchasing activities — place orders, track deliveries, and coordinate with suppliers.
• Build lasting relationships with customers and help identify new opportunities.
• Work closely with operations and warehouse teams to ensure on-time, accurate deliveries.

What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years ofinside sales or customer service experience(industrial or automation industry preferred).
• Strong knowledge ofQuick Books(sales and invoicing).
• Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Positive attitude, team player, and strong attention to detail.

Key Performance Indicators

• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
• Deliver98%+ order accuracywith minimal errors.
• Achieve highcustomer retention and satisfactionlevels.

Compensation & Benefits 💰 Salary Range: $55,000 – $60,000 base + performance incentives/bonus
