What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Identify prospective customers, generate leads, and convert them into clients
  • Contact new and existing customers to discuss their needs and product features
  • Answer customer inquiries and negotiate prices and terms, preparing sales agreements
  • Collaborate with colleagues across various sectors to enhance customer relationships
  • Maintain contact lists and nurture customer relationships through follow‑ups
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • 3-5 years of experience in technology/software sales (SaaS, PaaS, enterprise software, etc.)
  • A bachelor's degree
  • Experience in the multifamily housing industry is a plus
  • Proven sales results and a track record of success
  • Ability to work independently and build lasting relationships with clients and colleagues
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience selling CRM software
  • Knowledge of property management software
  • Existing relationships within the property management industry
  • Familiarity with the latest trends in property management technology
  • Multilingual proficiency to cater to diverse clients
