Territory Manager - Outside Sales

Responsibilities- Prospect new business through B2B door-to-door cold calling.
- Generate leads and utilize CRM to track activity.
- Sell and set up new accounts.
- Manage accounts you sell.
- 0‑2 years of sales experience preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; business, marketing, or communication majors a plus.
- Involvement in campus activities (athletic backgrounds highly recommended).
- Naturally enthusiastic and energetic.
- Polished and professional appearance and demeanor.
- Determined to be part of a winning team.
- A burning desire to be successful.
New hires will receive three weeks of corporate training in the first 24 months, with additional senior TM and management training available later. Training takes place in Little Rock, AR, led by the Executive Development Team, and new Territory Managers join the “Fast Start Program” immediately after basic sales training in Little Rock, which includes 3 months of in‑the‑field training with upper management.

Compensation- Base salary: $40,000.
