Key Responsibilities

Sales Engagement Campaign Ownership

  • Own the full lifecycle of sales engagement campaigns, from intake and strategy through execution, optimization, and performance reporting.
  • Build, launch, and manage cadences within sales engagement platforms including Salesloft, Gong, and Sales Engage (formerly HVS).
  • Partner with Sales leaders, team leads, and cross-functional stakeholders to assess campaign needs across use cases such as cold outreach, pipeline acceleration, nurture, upsell/cross-sell, and product feature adoption.
  • Translate business objectives into well-structured sales cadences, including channel mix, timing, sequencing, and success criteria.
  • Manage multiple concurrent campaigns with varying audiences, goals, and levels of complexity.

Messaging, Content, & Talk Track Development

  • Collaborate with Marketing and Communications partners to develop compelling, on-brand email messaging aligned to value propositions and customer pain points.
  • Develop and refine seller talk tracks, call scripts, voicemail drops, and objection handling guidance to support campaign goals.
  • Ensure messaging consistency across channels while tailoring content to segment, persona, and funnel stage.
  • Maintain version control and documentation for all cadence assets to support reuse and scalability.

Enablement & Training

  • Lead live and recorded training sessions to launch new cadences, ensuring sellers understand campaign goals, messaging intent, and execution expectations.
  • Partner with Sales Enablement to reinforce best practices for engagement execution and adoption.
  • Serve as a subject‑matter expert for sales engagement strategy and platform usage, supporting ongoing seller effectiveness.

Performance Management & Optimization

  • Define and monitor KPIs for each cadence, including open rates, reply rates, connect rates, conversion to meetings, pipeline created, and downstream revenue impact.
  • Partner with analytics teams to analyze campaign performance and tie engagement activity to business outcomes.
  • Continuously optimize campaigns through A/B testing of subject lines, messaging, sequencing, and channel mix.
  • Identify trends and insights to inform future campaign strategy and improve overall engagement effectiveness.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4–7 years of experience in Sales Engagement, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Enablement, or a related GTM role in a B2B environment.
  • Proven experience owning and executing end-to-end sales engagement campaigns.
  • Hands‑on expertise with sales engagement platforms, including Salesloft, Gong, and Sales Engage (formerly HVS).
  • Strong understanding of outbound and inbound sales motions, pipeline generation, and buyer engagement strategies.
  • Experience developing seller-facing messaging, talk tracks, and campaign assets.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret engagement metrics and translate results into actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent communication skills with experience presenting to senior and executive‑level stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 3+ years’ experience in account management, customer-facing role, or digital media.
  • Master’s degree in business, marketing, communication, digital media/advertising, or related field.
  • Experience with CRM systems.
Salary & Benefits

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 – $. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses and, for certain positions, stock options.
