Currently, we are looking for a HVAC Senior Sales Technician to join our team! We have PLENTY of opportunity YEAR-ROUND!

Three years minimum experience required

What it requires from you :

• Generating leads
• Meeting or exceeding sales goals
• Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients
• Helping determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations
• Preparing weekly and monthly reports
• Giving sales presentations to prospective clients
• Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs
• Understanding and promoting company programs
• Obtaining deposits and balance of payment from clients
• Preparing and submitting sales contracts for orders
• Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services
• Answering client questions about credit terms, products, prices, and availability
• Willing to train and assist new technicians
• Helping to maintain a positive work environment that reflects our culture
• Having a positive mindset
• Ability to crawl in tight places and climb ladders; work in attics, garages, crawl spaces, and on roofs
• Integrity and ability to promote a positive company image with clients
