• Interact with various staff to ensure prompt superior service to both external and internal clients
• Maintain all aspects of the insurance program
• Manage high‑net‑worth customer accounts
• Manage farm and ranch accounts
• Promote customer retention through account review and account rounding; re‑marketing accounts when necessary
• Comply with client service deliverable standards
• Help achieve department and organization revenue growth goals through customer retention and collaboration within the department and organization
• Problem‑solve and work effectively under tight deadlines

• Experience with HNW Personal Lines accounts
• High school diploma required;
  Bachelor's degree from a four‑year college or equivalent preferred
• Texas Property & Casualty License required
• 6+ years retail insurance agency experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
