Entry Level Sales Executive

A&A Marketing is one of the top marketing and sales firm in the DFW area. We specialize in brand representation, creating marketing campaigns for our clients to increase presence and reach their target audience. Our partners consist of companies in the energy, security, telecom, office supplies, restaurant, and solar industries, as well as world-renown non-profit organizations. We specialize in training teams to represent our clients' brands reaching multiple locations, utilizing various sales tools and marketing platforms.

The candidate will be working directly with our Sales Account Manager and Campaign Coordinator to develop campaigns, expose Client’s brandand reach target audience. This role is entry level. The candidate will receive great training and will be able touse key sales tools,and get hands-on opportunities building leads, qualifying customers, and closing deals. The ideal candidate thrives on getting sales results and is passionate, hard-working, and committed to their personal and professional growth.

After training, the candidate will be able to develop a competitive market strategy, identify key opportunities, service existing accounts, and close deals. The candidate will cover a large territory, work one on one with clients in a given sales platform on a daily basis, attend meetings, set up territory plans, and develop proposals for qualified Clients. Full time is ideal, part time requires 20-30 hours/week.

Pay consists of a base pay + bonus structure.

• Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the US
• Must already be within commutable distance to Downtown Dallas - this position is not remote.
