The Pre‑30‑Day Collector plays an important role in helping customers stay on track with their accounts while supporting Westlake Financial’s continued success. We’re looking for someone who’s goal‑driven, customer‑focused, and ready to grow with us.

Use strong communication and negotiation skills to work with customers and help them make timely payments.

Meet and exceed daily and monthly performance goals.

Make effective outbound calls to customers to arrange payments or set up plans to resolve past‑due accounts.

Handle inbound customer calls — providing professional, friendly assistance while addressing both service and collection needs.

Work with Westlake customers to find and arrange collection solutions for individual accounts.

Be a dependable team player who contributes to a positive, supportive work environment.

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Good communication, listening, and problem‑solving skills
• Basic to intermediate computer knowledge
• Proper grammar and email etiquette
• Type a minimum of 35 WPM
• Ability to work under time constraints and daily deadlines
• Good interpersonal skills and teamwork awareness
• Willing and able to work a flexible schedule, including evening shifts, overtime and weekends
• Bi‑lingual (Spanish) is welcomed but not required
• Auto Collections experience preferred

• Daybreak or other retail consumer servicing systems.
• Cisco or other auto dialer systems.
• Web navigation and/or web‑based applications.
• Personal computer:
  Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Comfortable using a computer keyboard and number pad for data entry.
