Account Executive

Hum Cap's client is currently seeking an Account Executive that will contribute to the company's growth. The Account Executive is a key member of the sales team, responsible for generating revenue by engaging qualified leads, building relationships, and closing deals. The role focuses on outreach, effective communication, and collaboration to achieve sales targets.

• Communicate the value of company products/services to potential clients via email and phone
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers
• Collaborate with team members and marketing to align strategies
• Stay informed on industry trends and market conditions
• Meet or exceed revenue and KPI targets
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
• Close sales by overcoming objections and negotiating terms

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Results-driven and strong closer
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools (a plus)
• Understanding of the legal market (a plus)

• Prolonged periods of desk/computer work; must be able to lift up to 15 pounds
