POSITION SUMMARYDp Derm is seeking a results‑driven Territory Account Executive to oversee sales and client relationships within designated territories. In this remote role, you will travel regularly within your assigned region to engage with medspas, dermatology clinics, and aesthetic professionals, strengthened by Dp Derm’s innovative microneedling technology and clinical skincare solutions. You will be responsible for driving new business, nurturing client partnerships, and supporting ongoing education to ensure long‑term success.

- Consistently generate new business within the assigned territory by promoting and selling Dp Derm’s microneedling devices") and skincare solutions.
- Achieve a minimum of $40,000 in sales per month to meet core performance expectations and support company growth goals.
- Build strong, trust‑based partnerships with medspas, dermatologists, and aesthetic clinics to encourage long‑term client retention and recurring sales.
- Confidently present and demonstrate products, offering clinical education and post‑sale training to ensure client success and proper usage.
- Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities within the region, including attending local industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
- Act as a trusted resource for clients by offering support, answering product questions, and guiding treatment protocols to enhance outcomes.
- Work closely with the internal sales, marketing, and operations menace ensuring alignment on territory goals, promotional efforts, and customer feedback.
- Log all sales activities, client interactions, and performance updates in the company’s CRM (Hub Spot) to support pipeline management and reporting.
- Consistently achieve or surpass sales quotas and performance benchmarks set for new and recurring business.
- Strong verbal and written skills for client presentations and internal collaboration
- Professional, empathetic, and responsive in client interactions
- Motivated, goal‑oriented, and proactive in managing territory and hitting targets
- Comfortable in a fast‑paced, changing environment
- Skilled at developing long‑term, trust‑based client partnerships
- Experience using tools like Hub Spot to manage pipeline and reporting
- Confident in presenting and educating on clinical products
- Organized with strong time and travel planning skills
- 2–3+ years of B2B sales experience required
- Skincare, medical devices, or aesthetics (highly preferred)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Base salary: $60,000‑80,000 – contingent on experience and performance
- Uncapped commissions
- Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual incentives based on performance
- 10 days PTO
- 10 company‑observed holidays
- Company laptop and phone
- Reimbursed travel to cover territory up to $500 per month
- All travel expenses reimbursed dilution company policy
- Days‑in‑lieu provided for weekend business activities.
- Ability to travel frequently within the assigned territory, including driving to client sites, industry events, and meetings (may include occasional air travel)
- Must be able to carry, transport, and set up demo equipment and product samples (up to 25 lbs)
