Job DescriptionThis role will have responsibilities to grow a current account "Major Telecom Company" and "Communications Provider".
Qualifications- Proven track record of exceeding quota attainment in direct prospecting and selling new accounts to Telco companies.
- Proven ability to land and expand clients to successful outcomes.
- Superior social and communication skills (written and verbal).
- High energy and ambition, determination to succeed, persistence, and perseverance.
- Entrepreneurial, resourceful, and results-oriented.
- Strong analytical skills (ability to understand customer needs and formulate solutions and sales strategy).
Be responsible for growing existing client business:
- Maintain ongoing relationships with client representatives to ensure open communications, continuation and growth of the business.
- Identify divisions/groups and relevant contacts within client Accounts that may be targeted for offering additional Company’s services.
- Research market information on the target Accounts, understand and monitor domain trends and competitive landscape, formulate penetration strategy and action plan.
- Reach out to target contacts and promote Company’s Services (prepare and deliver presentations).
- Participate in organized lead generation activities targeted both at assigned client accounts and general target market (sales and marketing outreach campaigns, industry event visits, etc.).
Opportunity identification and closing:
- Identify and qualify specific business opportunities (with existing clients or prospects).
- Organize opportunity deal team (engineering SMEs, executives, etc.), and work with external and internal stakeholders to convert opportunities into signed business.
- Manage formal approval and sign-off processes (pricing, business terms, legal contracts).
- Monitor client satisfaction and assist in problem escalation and resolution.
- Manage legal and financial aspects of the business relationships, such as legal paperwork renewal, rate increases, assistance with payment collection issues, etc.
Reporting:
- Keep a complete and accurate record of accounts, contacts, opportunities, and sales-related activities in the Company’s CRM ().
- Provide financial forecasting data for opportunity pipeline and revenue on assigned Accounts.
- Prepare reports as needed by management request.
Global Logic estimates the starting pay range for this role to be performed in Dallas, Texas to be $150,000 to $175,000 and reflects base salary only and does not include any additional bonus/variable compensation, benefits etc that may be applicable for the role. This pay range is provided as a good faith estimate and the amount offered may be higher or lower.
