All Covered, a Konica Minolta Division, offers a great opportunity for an IT Sales Executive to sell Managed IT Services, Cyber Security/MSSP, and Secure Cloud Solutions into the Fin Tech/Financial Services vertical.

Salary range: $120,000–$145,000 base (depending on experience) + uncapped commissions. OTE: $250,000–$300,000.

Responsibilities
  • Apply an in-depth understanding of All Covered services and sales methodology to address complex and strategic accounts, projects, and procurement opportunities.
  • Proactively identify and target new business opportunities, using cold calling, email campaigns, social selling, industry events, and professional networks.
  • Generate and qualify leads to maintain a steady pipeline of potential clients.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client pain points and present tailored IT service solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients to foster long‑term business opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams—operations, delivery, relationship management, subject matter experts, and executive sales—to ensure successful opportunity progression.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs through effective prospecting and closing techniques.
  • Work with regional engineering project resources and regional relationship management to achieve quota.
  • Cross‑sell IT Services to the Konica Minolta local office’s client and prospect base.
  • Provide accurate insight into financial results and sales forecasts for strategic and complex services.
  • Present special programs to prospects and All Covered Care clients with marketing support.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of how All Covered services create customer value and stay current on technology trends.
  • Key performance metrics include sales activities, new MRR appointments, proposals, managed services quota attainment, project services quota attainment, and client retention.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in Managed IT Services or the broader IT Services industry.
  • 5+ years of business development experience with proven success in acquiring new logos and managing large quotas.
  • Experience selling full IT solutions specifically into the Fin Tech/Financial Services vertical.
  • 4‑year college degree or equivalent industry experience.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), Word, and Excel.
