We are currently seeking a seasoned and assertive sales professional who demonstrates a resolute aspiration for leadership. The role will encompass selling and cultivating a strong clientele base while mastering our B2B sales process for premium supplemental insurance products, including relationship‑building, cold calling, and client engagement.
Responsibilities- Execute the B2B sales process for premium supplemental insurance products.
- Acquire and grow a robust client base through proactive outreach and relationship building.
- Effectively handle objections, close sales, and maintain a high conversion rate.
- Dedicate 40–45 hours weekly to the position.
- Train and mentor new team members once the sales framework is mastered.
- Resolute, self‑assured, and proactive.
- Disciplined and determined, with a penchant for independent work.
- Excellent at handling objections and closing sales, unfazed by setbacks.

- History of exemplary performance and strong results.

- Pass a high‑level pre‑employment background check.
- Active driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in your resident state (or willingness to obtain, with study course provided and state licensing fee reimbursement).
- Bachelor’s degree or a minimum of 4 years post‑high school work experience (candidates within 6 months of degree completion or with less than 4 years of professional work experience in relevant sales or athletic background will be considered).
