We are currently seeking a seasoned and assertive sales professional who demonstrates a resolute aspiration for leadership. The role will encompass selling and cultivating a strong clientele base while mastering our B2B sales process for premium supplemental insurance products, including relationship‑building, cold calling, and client engagement.

Responsibilities
  • Execute the B2B sales process for premium supplemental insurance products.
  • Acquire and grow a robust client base through proactive outreach and relationship building.
  • Effectively handle objections, close sales, and maintain a high conversion rate.
  • Dedicate 40–45 hours weekly to the position.
  • Train and mentor new team members once the sales framework is mastered.

Additional Qualifications
  • Pass a high‑level pre‑employment background check.
  • Active driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in your resident state (or willingness to obtain, with study course provided and state licensing fee reimbursement).
  • Bachelor’s degree or a minimum of 4 years post‑high school work experience (candidates within 6 months of degree completion or with less than 4 years of professional work experience in relevant sales or athletic background will be considered).
