Senior Consultant at Henderson Scott - Global Recruitment Partner

Henderson Scott has partnered with a client who is seeking 2 experienced Account Managers with proven backgrounds in selling formwork systems to manage and grow key contractor and distributor relationships within the region.

This role is ideal for a construction sales professional who understands jobsite-driven selling
, technical solutions, and long-cycle project sales.

You must be located in either Dallas, TX or Arizona to be considered for this role

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow an established customer base of concrete contractors, formwork users, and construction firms
  • Develop new business opportunities through active prospecting and relationship building
  • Sell engineered formwork and shoring solutions for commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects
  • Work closely with engineering, operations, and project teams to deliver technical solutions aligned with customer needs
  • Identify upcoming projects through bid tracking, GC relationships, and market intelligence
  • Provide jobsite support, product demonstrations, and technical presentations
  • Prepare pricing, proposals, and contract negotiations in line with company objectives
  • Maintain accurate CRM activity, forecasts, and pipeline reporting
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings
Required Experience & Qualifications
  • +2 years direct sales experience selling formwork systems (formwork experience is mandatory)
  • Strong knowledge of concrete construction methods
    , forming systems, and jobsite processes
  • Proven success selling to concrete contractors, general contractors, and self-perform construction teams
  • Ability to manage complex, project-based sales cycles
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Proficient with CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools
