• Being trained in our company values, systems, and techniques
• Understanding Sales Principles and our sales Cycle
• Implementing current Cycle of Developments currently in place
• Lead engaging onboarding and training sessions
• Develop training materials, workshops, and skill-building programs
• Coach team members on sales, communication, and leadership competencies
• Provide actionable feedback and track performance progress
• Ensure training initiatives align with company goals and standards
