- Achieve or exceed annual national Truck and Bus Radial (T ) unit and dollar sales goals
- Develop and implement sales programs and strategies for accounts
- Train and develop Truck Tire Sales Managers (TTSM) and Regional Sales Managers (RSM)
- Prepare monthly sales forecasts and participate in production meetings regarding T inventory
- Supervise T sales personnel to ensure consistent methodology and accomplishment of sales objectives
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, economics, management, or equivalent, or an Associate's degree with 15 years of experience in commercial truck (T ) tire sales
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in increasing leadership roles
- Strong knowledge of commercial LTR and T products and vehicle applications
- Proven ability to influence others and achieve results in a collaborative manner
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word)
- Experience with commercial servicing dealers and wholesale distributors
- Background working with large fleets and national accounts
- OE sales experience is a plus
- Track record of creating successful sales programs and incentives
- Experience in training sales teams effectively
