What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Achieve or exceed annual national Truck and Bus Radial (T ) unit and dollar sales goals
  • Develop and implement sales programs and strategies for accounts
  • Train and develop Truck Tire Sales Managers (TTSM) and Regional Sales Managers (RSM)
  • Prepare monthly sales forecasts and participate in production meetings regarding T  inventory
  • Supervise T  sales personnel to ensure consistent methodology and accomplishment of sales objectives
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, economics, management, or equivalent, or an Associate's degree with 15 years of experience in commercial truck (T ) tire sales
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in increasing leadership roles
  • Strong knowledge of commercial LTR and T  products and vehicle applications
  • Proven ability to influence others and achieve results in a collaborative manner
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience with commercial servicing dealers and wholesale distributors
  • Background working with large fleets and national accounts
  • OE sales experience is a plus
  • Track record of creating successful sales programs and incentives
  • Experience in training sales teams effectively
