Hand & Stone is looking for sales-focused, friendly, and motivated Spa Associates to join our teams in Lake Highlands and Arboretum Village. Be the first and last face our guests see — welcoming them, booking services, and recommending memberships, upgrades, and retail that support their wellness goals.

• Greet clients with professionalism and care
• Book appointments, check out guests, and process payments
• Sell memberships, services, and retail to hit monthly goals
  
  Educate guests on massage, facial, and skincare options
• Maintain a clean, calm, and polished front desk environment
• Communicate guest feedback and performance updates to leadership

• Strong sales skills + confident communicator
• Positive, polished, and professional demeanor
