Shift Lead; Assistant Store Manager

As an Assistant Store Manager (Shift Lead), you will lead daily operations while coaching a team of Doyens (Sales Associates) to become industry experts in cannabis and kratom. Your primary focus is to drive sales and maintain high brand standards by bringing the companys culture and values to life for both your team and your guests.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Role-model company values and standards while motivating a small team of Doyens during your shifts.
• Use a "service-first" mindset to hit sales goals and coach team members on consultative selling techniques.
• Master the world of cannabis and kratom through advanced education to better guide customers.
• Develop the team through real-time feedback, clear goals, and celebrating wins.

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Previous retail sales experience is required.
• Previous leadership experience preferred.
• Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to stand for long periods, lift/move up to 15 lbs regularly, and occasionally up to 60 lbs.
• A "people person" who is passionate about our products and company culture.
