The Counter Representative is responsible for assisting customers with their purchases.
Key Job Responsibilities- Assist walk-in customer with finding and purchasing parts
- Answer customer questions
- Handle cash
- Stock and pull parts
- Answer phones
- Keep store and front counter clean
- High School Degree or GED
- 1 to 2 years of working in a retail environment
- Highly motivated to provide superb customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be able to pass a criminal background and drug screen

Environmental/Occupational Health andPhysical Requirements
Typical 9‑hour day to include reaching, standing, walking, kneeling, lifting and carrying. To perform the duties of this job the employee must be capable of working in a fast‑paced environment. The heavy lifting of 50lbs or more may be required. Employee also share the responsibility to perform routine housekeeping activities such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, restroom cleaning and changing trash can liners.
