the Opportunity
The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations, driving sales, ensuring exceptional customer service, and leading a high-performing team. This role balances business objectives with people leadership, ensuring compliance with company standards while fostering a positive, customer-focused culture.
Responsibilities- Recruiting, hiring, training, and developing top talent
- Driving sales performance and achieving or exceeding store goals and KPIs
- Providing regular coaching, performance feedback, and career development opportunities
- Ensuring exceptional customer service standards are consistently met
- Monitoring customer feedback and implementing improvements to enhance client experience
- Leading by example in building strong client relationships and creating a loyal customer base
- Ensuring compliance with company policies, operational standards, and legal requirements
- Creating weekly schedules and managing labor hours effectively
- Fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and recognition
- 5+ years of retail experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisor leadership role
- Proven ability to achieve sales goals and manage team goals
- Strong leadership, team development, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Tech savvy with the ability to work with multiple tech devices, google drive and apple products
- Reliability, punctuality, and ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays

FASHIONPHILE reasonably expects the range to be $60,000 - $70,000 plus monthly and quarterly bonuses for store performance. Offered compensation will vary based on (a) location; (b) individual candidate qualifications; and (c) individual candidate experience.
