Job MissionThe Assistant Store Manager is a key leader and Ambassador of the Maison, partnering with the Store Manager to drive commercial performance, elevate client experience, and uphold the highest standards of brand excellence.
He/She supports the daily operations of the boutique, leads and develops the team, and ensures seamless execution across sales, client development, operations, and visual standards. The Assistant Store Manager acts as a role model on the sales floor, fostering a culture of performance, accountability, and exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities- Lead by example on the sales floor, delivering an elevated and personalized client experience aligned with the Maison’s standards.
- Drive individual and team sales performance to achieve and exceed monthly and annual targets.
- Monitor KPIs (conversion, UPT, ATV, CRM activity, etc.) and work with store manager to implement action plans to optimize results.
- Support clienteling initiatives, ensuring consistent outreach, retention, and acquisition of high-value clients.
- Support and execute in-store events, trunk shows, and partnership initiatives.
- Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture rooted in professionalism and respect.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and continuous development of the boutique team.
- Lead daily briefings to communicate objectives, product focus, and business priorities, when the store manager is out.
- Ensure team completion of training programs and reinforce product knowledge, selling ceremony, and brand storytelling.
- Ensure visual merchandising standards and boutique presentation are maintained at all times.
- Maintain impeccable stockroom organization and compliance with company procedures.
- Supervise cash handling and administrative processes in accordance with company policies.
- Maintain strong communication with our corporate partners to ensure operational alignment.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in luxury retail, preferably including supervisory or leadership responsibilities.
- Strong commercial acumen with a proven track record of driving sales results.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and motivate a team.
- Exceptional client service mindset and refined interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and operationally strong.
- Passionate about luxury, craftsmanship, and delivering an elevated boutique experience.
