** How You’ll Make a Difference
** This is not your typical Coordinator role! As the Rental Coordinator, you’ll be the steady, reliable voice our customers trust when they call. You’ll help them find the right equipment, get contracts in place, and make sure everything runs smoothly from quote to delivery to return.
You’ll do more than manage transactions. You’ll recognize opportunities, guide customers toward equipment to meet their needs, and help drive the success of the branch through strong follow-through and service.
** What You’ll Do
*** Serve as the first point of contact for rental customers — answer calls, prepare quotes, generate contracts, and confidently secure rental opportunities
* Coordinate equipment availability, deliveries, pickups, and asset movement to ensure customers get what they need, when they need it
* Build strong relationships through follow-up calls, lead outreach, and proactive communication with customers and the sales team
* Partner with technicians, drivers, and branch leadership to keep rentals accurate, on time, and aligned with Briggs standards
** What You’ll Bring
*** Experience in customer service, inside sales, or branch operations, ideally in equipment, dealership, or industrial settings
* A natural ability to build rapport, ask good questions, and connect customers with the right solutions
* Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in contracts, billing, and system updates
* A sense of urgency and ownership — you follow through and make sure nothing falls through the cracks

This position is based in our Briggs Dallas Branch and reports directly to our Branch Manager. The hours are M-F, 7 AM - 4 PM.
