SummaryThis role supports the Wholesale Coin Department through accurate inventory management, data entry, and product handling.
LocationSouth of Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport, NW corner of W. Airport Freeway (Hwy. 183) and Valley View Lane

Essential Duties & Responsibilities- Support the Wholesale Coin Department by managing and maintaining specific product lines within our coin inventory
- File new inventory accurately and timely to ensure all items are properly logged in our system and accounted for
- Identify and research discrepancies promptly
- Maintain accurate inventory counts on items we count daily, weekly, or monthly
- Assist with building sets and related projects
- Basic understanding of inventory management systems or willingness to learn
- Previous experience in inventory, product fulfillment, or operations preferred
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational ability
- Comfortable with repetitive tasks and manual handling of small items
- Strong data entry and recordkeeping skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple product lines simultaneously
- Team-oriented mindset and strong communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and basic data systems is a plus
- Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs occasionally
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.
- Available to work extended hours and weekends as needed.
