Summary

This role supports the Wholesale Coin Department through accurate inventory management, data entry, and product handling.

Location

South of Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport, NW corner of W. Airport Freeway (Hwy. 183) and Valley View Lane

Compensation

Commensurate based on experience

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Support the Wholesale Coin Department by managing and maintaining specific product lines within our coin inventory
  • File new inventory accurately and timely to ensure all items are properly logged in our system and accounted for
  • Identify and research discrepancies promptly
  • Maintain accurate inventory counts on items we count daily, weekly, or monthly
  • Assist with building sets and related projects
Requirements
  • Basic understanding of inventory management systems or willingness to learn
  • Previous experience in inventory, product fulfillment, or operations preferred
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational ability
  • Comfortable with repetitive tasks and manual handling of small items
  • Strong data entry and recordkeeping skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple product lines simultaneously
  • Team-oriented mindset and strong communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and basic data systems is a plus
Work Environment
  • Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs occasionally
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.
  • Available to work extended hours and weekends as needed.
