Retail Brand Implementation Mgr

Job Description

Manage end-to-end execution of multiple corporate retail branding initiatives in retail facilities. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with Exchange standards. Drive results to meet objectives in a timely manner under minimal supervision.

Additional Qualifications/Requirements

Graphic design and experience with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.

Job Qualifications

Five years of experience in marketing, visual merchandising, commercial design, or implementation of brand initiatives.
Or
Bachelor's degree and three years of experience in marketing, visual merchandising, commercial design, or implementation of brand initiatives.

Major Duties

Manage end-to-end execution of multiple retail branding initiatives, concurrently. Provide creative insight to support strategic visions and development of in-store standards while ensuring consistent and effective branding and messaging in physical retail spaces. Conduct site surveys, develop installation plans, and coordinate with vendors and store teams to ensure timely completion
Partner cross-functionally with vendor, design, engineering, construction, and merchandising teams to implement in-store branding. Coordinate ordering and delivery of required branding materials. Manage challenges to ensure deliverables are on-time, within budget, and to specification.
Oversee graphic and finish standards, to include initial design concept, ensuring quality control, material consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.
Research industry trends to identify new materials and execution methods that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
Track installation milestones and evaluate metrics to measure impact and return on investment. Provide post-installation recaps and insights.
