As an intern, you'll work closely with industry experts and gain exposure to various facets of the business, enhancing both your personal and professional growth.

Role Overview:
As a Product Merchandising Intern, you'll play a key role in assisting our team with developing, buying, and managing our men's and women's apparel collections. Reporting to the Associate Merchandiser, you will support day-to-day merchandising tasks aimed at optimizing product placement across multiple channels to meet sales and margin goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the merchandising team with tracking and organizing product samples for the digital team.
• Provide administrative support and assist in product setup and order entry.
• Coordinate with store teams to gather essential product knowledge and ensure consistent communication.
• Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure smooth operations.
• Conduct market research to provide insights on product trends and consumer preferences.
• Contribute to various ad hoc projects to support the team.

Skills & Abilities:

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to express ideas clearly.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with a bonus for familiarity with Net Suite, Adobe, or Air Table.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• A passion for fashion, retail, and luxury brands, with an interest in pursuing a career in product merchandising.
• Creative, proactive, and eager to learn and take on new challenges.
• Consumer-focused mindset with a strong understanding of customer needs.

Qualifications:

• 0-2 years of experience in product merchandising, retail, wholesale sales, or a related field.
• Currently enrolled or recently graduated with a bachelor's or master's degree in fashion merchandising, marketing, business administration, or a similar field.
• Ability to work in Dallas, Texas, for the duration of the internship (relocation and housing are not provided).
