The Role
The Merchandise Coordinator is a critical member of the product team, responsible for management of the product line and key reporting and analytics. The ideal candidate is a motivated individual with industry experience who is ready to learn and grow in a dynamic, cross-functional role. Success in this role requires attention to detail, a strong sense of ownership, and the ability to stay flexible and prioritize key deliverables.

- Own execution of item creation and maintenance within Netsuite, including attributing, syncing to cross-functional systems, pricing updates, and communicating changes to other departments.
- Run regular reporting and analyze sales data, market trends, and product performance providing observations and insights by sales channel.
- Assist in Collegiate logo approvals, product creation, and sales reporting.
- Handle oversight of seasonal line sheets, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
- Compile and update templates with historical data and carryover info.
- Assist in proof-reading and cross-checking style info, pricing, and naming for printed/published material in partnership with ecommerce, marketing, and design.
- Run competitive analysis and quantification of styles/assortment.
- Other duties as assigned.
- 1-2 years experience in merchandising, buying, planning, product development, or a related field. Experience in fashion retail, particularly in menswear or similar product categories, is strongly preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Excel.
- Must be self-motivated and a team player, open to learn new businesses and processes.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A shared appreciation for and commitment to our values.
- Software knowledge in platforms like Toolio, PLM, Net Suite, NuOrder preferred.
