As a Sales Advisor, you will provide excellent customer service, welcoming and guiding customers through the store to actively sell our products, and offering support and guidance. You will use your fashion and product knowledge to give customers all the information they need for a great experience, work on garment refill & care, presentation, and help keep a clean and tidy sales floor and back‑of‑house.
You will collaborate closely with your store team to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
- Provide excellent customer service: welcome and guide customers through the store and OMNI experience, and support them with direct service.
- Engage and converse with customers to deliver outstanding service.
- Guide customers across fashion trends, stories, and products in all store areas.
- Effectively promote and sell our products.
- Promote the Customer Loyalty App (Hello Member) and in‑store sustainability initiatives.
- Represent yourself and the H&M brand positively during all customer interactions.
- Support commercial or operational actions to reach sales targets with the store management team.
- Keep up‑to‑date with fashion, trends, styles, brands, products, competitors, and relevant influencers.
- Share product and fashion knowledge with customers.
- Retain and share service, fashion, and store operations knowledge with colleagues.
- Follow all procedures, routines, and legal requirements in all store areas.
- Give and receive feedback to learn, develop, and support each other.
- Participate in onboarding, introduction processes, trainings, and courses relevant to your role and future development.
- Complete the full garment cycle: unpacking, refill, steaming, and ensure good garment care.
- Operate fitting room and checkout areas according to best practice and processes.
- Contribute to a clean and tidy sales floor and back‑of‑house, including stockrooms.
- Support garment presentation, execution, and maintain attractive merchandise displays, clear trends, and stories per visual and commercial guidelines.
- Ensure good stock levels with replenishment routines on the sales floor.
- Follow best practice for in‑store OMNI services and tech tools (In‑store Care App, Click & Collect, Smart Store, etc.).
- Support opening and closing of the store.
- Follow all H&S guidelines and legal requirements applicable to the role and responsibilities.
- Passion for fashion and everything we create in‑store.

- Previous sales experience in a dynamic, collaborative retail or service environment.
- Experience providing customer service in fashion, retail, or other service‑related industries.

Hourly, Non‑Exempt. Compensation:
Sales Associate Pay Rate $15.00 per hour (range may vary by location and qualifications).
