We’re partnering with Bachendorf’s, the only multi‑brand, multi‑location jewelry designer in the DFW area, as they grow their inventory team at their Dallas headquarters. In this role, you’ll support all fashion jewelry brands and timepieces, handling daily order processing that typically ranges from one to fifty products. You’ll help keep inventory moving smoothly across locations, support the sales teams, and ensure records stay accurate in Excel and their CRM systems.
Because they work with high‑end brands, they’re looking for someone who naturally pays attention to the details, appreciates good processes, and has experience supporting retail operations in a luxury environment. Beyond the bullets below, they’re looking for someone who’s service‑minded, values team culture and enjoys a close‑knit team atmosphere. Bachendorf’s is a smaller, family‑owned company with multiple locations across DFW, and their employee tenure speaks volumes about the culture they’ve built.
While this role may not offer traditional upward mobility, it does provide stability, strong leadership, and an employee‑first environment that’s often hard to find in larger corporate settings.
